I am a clinical psychologist who practices Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT for short). I provide therapy and psychological assessment for clients from age 5 and up. I specialize in helping people with depression and anxiety. ACT therapy is about accepting things that are beyond our control, learning psychological skills for dealing more effectively with our thoughts and feelings, and moving towards what is important to us – our values.
Psychological assessment includes diagnosis of psychological disorders and testing for IQ, learning disorders, ADHD, and personality assessment.
